Delivery time depends on your location.
Shipping within Europe takes about 3-5 working days.
Shipping to US takes about 2-3 working days.
Shipping everywhere else takes about 4-6 working days.
You can track your parcel all the way from our office to your house. You would get tracking on your address e-mail which was added to your purchase.
1. The package will initially be delivered to your door where the courier could want you to sign to receive the parcel. To provide the best delivery service, add all details about your address (e.g.g. a floor, a number of apartment).
2. If the delivery attempt to your door fails, the package could be delivered to your neighbor who could be asked to sign for it and you will receive a drop card (the drop card is put in your mailbox so you will know that your neighbor has your package), or the courier could try to delivery the package on the next day.
3. If the delivery attempt to your neighbor also fails, the package will be dropped off at the closest branch of the courier company (FedEx) or to the pick-up place (GLS). You will get a drop card in your mailbox or an e-mail notifying you where your package is.
4. GLS: You have about 4-6 days to pick up the package, after that time the package will be sent back to Vintage Posteria.
FedEx: You have to contact with the closest branch of the courier company to establish the next delivery attempt. The customer has 3 days to do that. However, the sooner you contact FedEx, the better.

Remember that most packages must undergo customs clearance. The fees and time to realize the pay depends on the country. In the USA, it is 5 days from the arrival of the shipment to the country. The customs agency always indicates the date of the letter.

If you received a product that was damaged upon arrival or faulty in any other way email our Customer service at as soon as possible with pictures of the product/packaging. We strive to have 100% happy customers and will make sure to help you quickly whilst correcting any errors.
For goods that are returned to us because the customer has not collected the goods, we charge a fee of $18,70 to cover our packaging fee and the costs of return shipping.
